Ben Kubesh – President

Ben is a senior majoring in Marketing and Finance. In addition to his role as president of UCC, Ben serves as president of the Table Tennis Club and Consulting Associate with the Carlson Consulting Enterprise. He has held internships at Nielsen, Cargill, and Hormel Foods. After graduation, Ben hopes to enter management consulting. In his free time he enjoys playing competitive table tennis and traveling.

Sibi Murugesan – Vice President

Sibi Murugesan is a senior studying Business & Marketing Education with an Emphasis in Business Strategy along with a minor in Applied Economics. As the Vice President, he works closely with the President to introduce consulting to a diverse group of students and bridge the gap between those interested students and consulting professionals. Along with the UCC, he's also the Chief Project Manager and Lead Business Strategy Consultant at CoLab, a student-run entrepreneurial consulting incubator. Outside of the work, Sibi loves traveling, eating/cooking various types of cuisine and binge-watching anything and everything.

Sam Wagner – Chief Operating Officer

A native of Montgomery, NJ, Samantha is a senior at the Carlson School of Management, majoring in Supply Chain and Operations Management and minoring in Finance. In addition to her involvement in the UCC, Samantha is also active in Women in Business and Honors Ambassadors, and works as an Honors Research Assistant in the Carlson School's Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship (SME) Department. Her professional experience includes internships at Terracycle and Land O'Lakes, as well as conducting grant research for a New Jersey-based social services agency. In her spare time, you can find Samantha cheering on the New Jersey Devils, trying new restaurants in the Twin Cities, or watching "30 for 30" documentaries.

Mark Fuller – Chief Financial Officer

Mark is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is a sophomore majoring in Statistics, Computer Science, and Economics. He is very interested in travelling and learning about others' cultures. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and chess, cooking, and reading about history. After graduation, Mark hopes to work in either consulting or data analytics.

Jay Chaudhary – Chief Information Officer

Raised in Maple Grove MN, Jay is a sophomore majoring in Finance and MIS. Along with his duties as CIO, Jay is involved in the Honors Program, Student Services Fee Committee, and Club MIS. Jay is also a Carlson Crew Leader and enjoys helping freshman in Carlson get situated. In his spare time Jay enjoys running, hanging out with friends, and stand-up comedy.

Darpan Shah – Chief Marketing Officer

Darpan Shah is pursuing an MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering, with minors in Finance and Economics. His major areas of research include Economic Growth and Development as well as Financial Equality. After graduation, Darpan is interested in working in management consulting or financial services as a growth forecaster or economist. In his free time, Darpan enjoys learning about international economics, listening to talks of business and government leaders, flying kites, dancing, and following many sports – especially winter sports.

Nidhi Khurana – Director of Corporate Relations

Nidhi is a sophomore majoring in Economics and Political Science with a minor in Management. In addition to her position in the UCC, Nidhi is an officer of the Delta Gamma sorority and a policy intern in the office of Governor Mark Dayton. Her professional experience extends to several political campaigns including those of Senator Claire McCaskill and New York City Mayoral Candidate Christine Quinn. Since moving to Minnesota, she has become a die-hard gophers fan. Her interests include chocolate, dancing, and catching up on her favorite TV dramas.

Jesse Jiang – Case Prep Director

Born and raised in China, Jessie is a junior majoring Finance and Accounting. In addition to being the Director of Case Prep at UCC, Jessie also works as a Community Advisor (Resident Assistant) at the University. In her free time, Jessie enjoys playing badminton and keyboard, running, reading, cooking and singing. Upon graduation, she is interested in pursuing a career in management consulting or financial services.

Kevin Beltz – Membership Director

Kevin is from Crosslake, MN and a current sophomore at Carlson School of Management pursuing a double major in Finance and MIS. In addition, Kevin is working toward a Sustainability minor in CFANS. He is also an active participant in intramural sports and the Ski and Snowboard Club. Kevin takes advantage of his free time by playing basketball, golf, and listening to music.
